Wild Child Nature Group
Connect with Mother Earth during this nature-based group, focused on increasing mindfulness and self-awareness, while building calm minds and happy hearts.
Over the course of 4 weeks, children will participate in nature and sensory exploration, mindfulness skills, grounding exercises, creative art, movement & body awareness, breathing exercises and more.

Creative Expressions CBT Group
A 6 week therapeutic CBT group for children ages 8-12, helping children build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills. Through art and other hands-on activities, children will learn CBT-based strategies to manage big emotions, practice flexible thinking, develop positive self-talk, express themselves, and build a healthier relationship with mistakes and perfectionism.
LEGO® Connect
A 6 week therapeutic Lego® Therapy group ideal for children that struggle with social and communication skills, who would benefit from guided practice in a predictable, structured setting.
